Return & Exchange
Return & Exchange conditions
- Orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
- Please be confirmed that Swimwear,such as Bikinis One-Piece cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return/exchange Process
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
- Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@inovaday.com to request the exchange/return.
- Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
- Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your returned package. It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
