Return & Exchange conditions

  • Orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
  • As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.

 

Return/exchange Process

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

  • Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at marketing@inovaday.com to request the exchange/return. 
  • Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

 

  • You must contact us to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without prior authorization or outside the official process will not be accepted. We cannot issue a refund for unauthorized returns.

  • Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

 

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. 

We will process the refund within a week after receiving your returned package. It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
